The Wellings is creating
a new mindset in 55+ living.
Through the thousands of conversations we’ve had with our residents in traditional retirement communities, we’ve noticed a few common threads. First, many residents were paying for health care they either don’t need or don’t want to pay for. Rather, they want it close-by for if they need it in the future. Second, independent adults want to continue cooking and entertaining, while they like the idea of having dinner ready for them, so long as it was good food.
The Wellings fulfils the needs of adults 55-plus. It’s for those who want an affordable alternative to owning a home, while living amongst their peers, socializing and having fun on their own terms. As a result of decades of experience and listening, our communities have garnered Global and National Awards in the over 55 housing category for design, affordability and management.
